Q. Do you offer 3D pattern designs or virtual designs for reference?
Absolutely! Our dedicated proofing room is equipped to provide 3D simulation pictures of sportswear samples, allowing you to visualize and reference the designs accurately. We also utilize 3D patterns to enhance the precision of our work.
Q. What facilities or machines do you have?
We are equipped with a range of cutting-edge facilities and machines to ensure top-notch production quality. Our arsenal includes light boxes, thread end removal machines, lazer cutting machines, heat transfer machines, template machines, RFID scanners, drawstring inserting machines, pattern plotters, and metal detection equipment. These advanced tools enable us to streamline the manufacturing process and deliver innovative, precision-crafted sportswear products.
Q. Can I supply my own fabrics and have them processed by your team?
Certainly! We offer the flexibility to accommodate customer preferences. If you provide the fabrics and auxiliary materials, we can process them according to your designated manufacturer. Q. Is it possible to match a fabric I found?
As a fabric sourcing company, we should be able to duplicate the fabric you want. However, it’s not possible to duplicate a fabric from a “photo” or “technical information”. Try to get the specification of the fabric., such as “the fabric type, structure, composition and weight”. This will help us to source the perfect fabric for your sportswear.
